Without your support the Salmon Festival’s “Loggers Sports Competition”, “Highland Gathering”, “Salmon Barbeque”, “Free Children’s Activities” and “Entertainment” would not exist and for your generosity we provide the following recognition packages:

Value of cash, goods & services constitutes the recognition package level

100% of cash sponsorships goes to your sponsored event(s).

GENERAL RECOGNITION PACKAGE – ALL SPONSORS

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Income Tax laws, passes are not part of the recognition package. Passes will be issued to sponsors $200.00 & over (combined cash, goods and service value) to ensure event sponsor representation at the Salmon Festival.

  • A Charitable tax receipt for Income Tax purposes for cash and goods donations. Tax laws do not permit tax receipts to be issued for donated services. (labour, use of materials or machinery, etc). Incurred costs to deliver, set-up, operate, etc, do qualify for a tax receipt

“Additional recognition Packages” can be varied to meet special needs.  Please contact the Festival Sponsorship Director by phone or e-mail prior to July 15 to discuss any substitutions or alternatives to the package.
