FOOD BOOTHS

  • Jalapeno Grill – Chicken & Beef Tacos, Burritos, Mexican Corn on the Cob, Hot Dogs and Drinks
  • Tasty Kitchen Outlet (TKO) – Beef and Bison Burger, Hot dogs, fries, beverages
  • Pupuseria Las Gemelas – Pupusa, Tacos
  • Churro Chica – Churros, freshly squeezed lemonade, iced coffee, iced chai latte
  • Salmon BBQ – Barbequed by CR Head Injury Society
  • Mini Donuts

BEVERAGE GARDEN

Beer, Cider, Coolers & Wine  to quench your thirst.  The Salmon Festival contracts out the Beverage Garden to a local organization to run the event (bartenders & security). 80% of the profits go the the organization for their charitable Community projects. This is part of the Salmon Festival’s “giving back program” for the support we receive from the Community through sponsorships.

COMMUNITY CORNER

Community organizations do so much to assist our community and those living in it  so the Salmon Festival provides a free booth space so they can inform the public  who they are and what they do in the community.  We also allow then to access  to our spectators so they can sell product, raffle tickets, etc. for their worthwhile  charitable causes.  This provision is also free to the groups

TRADE SHOW

Part of our sponsorship recognition is a free booth space or equipment  display area for all those who’s sponsorship value is $250.00 or more. The above list are those who have a booth at the Festival or a display of their equipment.  There are many businesses and organizations that provide us with free use assets and their name is displayed on our welcome or opening page.  All those listed are a cash, goods or service sponsor and our Festival would not exist without their support.
